Original Artwork by Martin Romanovsky: Kingfisher on Carton Pool – Acrylic Painting on stretched canvas, 406mm x 507mm.  I developed this acrylic painting of a Kingfisher based on a photgraph I took in autumn 2016 at the Warwickshire Wildlife Trust reserve at Brandon Marsh, Coventry, England.  Photographed from the Carlton hide, this Kingfisher was very obliging, fishing from the pole jutting out from the reed beds for a good 20 mintes or so and allowing me to capture a series of shots to use in my study of this iconic bird.
